Harry's Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility and Conditions

If a product from Harry's does not meet your expectations, you may return it by following the conditions below. Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in resalable condition
Free from any damage incurred after delivery
Returned with original packaging when applicable
Complete with all included parts and accessories

Harry's reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

Products Ineligible for Return

The following product types cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized items
Made-to-order merchandise
Digital products
Gift cards
Final-sale items
Products that have been used, washed, worn, modified, or damaged

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, Harry's will review your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method you used for your order.

The refund may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Receiving Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Harry's promptly after delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photographs, order details, or other relevant information.

Based on the situation, we will offer a suitable solution, which could include a replacement, a refund, or another reasonable option.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

When returning items due to personal preference or a change of mind, you are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return results from an error on our part—such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product—Harry's will handle the shipping arrangements accordingly.
